My Face Pro Instructions

A simple guide to using your My Face Pro Device for smooth, radiant-looking skin.

Welcome to your at-home spa experience! Follow these easy steps to make the most of your rejuvenating facial device.

  • For the first month, use the device 2–3 times per week.
    We recommend 5 minutes on the face and 5 minutes on the neck per session.
  • A conductor is required for proper use. While water will work, we highly recommend a soothing gel, such as aloe gel or ultrasonic gel, for enhanced glide and comfort.
  • Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button.
  • Vibration Intensity: Use the “- / +” buttons to increase or decrease vibration.
  • EMS Intensity: Tap the power button briefly to cycle through five levels of micro-current.
  • Mode Selection: Press the “M” button to switch between treatment modes.

Cleanse Mode
A gentle, hands-free cleanse.
Attach a round cotton pad soaked with your favorite cleanser and secure it with the plastic clip. This mode helps lift impurities while refreshing the skin.

Import Mode
Designed to soothe mild joint discomfort with red light therapy and heat, while also supporting lymphatic drainage and mild skin tightening.
Ideal for rest days between Restore Mode sessions.

Firming Mode
A warm, gentle EMS treatment that helps lift and tone the skin.
Perfect for opening pores, enhancing product absorption, or activating clay masks during your skincare routine.

Restore Mode – Red Light
Use 5 minutes on the face and 5 minutes on the neck.
This mode combines EMS, RF, and red light therapy to help:

  • Reduce sun damage
  • Tighten and refine skin
  • Minimize fine lines and wrinkles
  • Boost collagen for a youthful glow


Restore Mode – Blue Light
Targets acne-causing bacteria beneath the skin’s surface.

Ideal for  revitalizing stressed, tired, or dull-looking skin, while helping calm the appearance of redness associated with sensitive or rosacea-prone skin for a more even, refreshed complexion.

Eye Mode

Use around the eyes only – never directly on the eyeball.

Cold Mode with Blue Light
A soothing finishing step.
This cooling setting helps calm the skin, reduce the appearance of redness, and visibly refine pores for a smooth, porcelain-like finish.
